PEACEFUL!

5 of 5
Even better then described and extremely clean. 2nd year here and I would, and do, recommend this place to everyone I can. You can't beat the lake being right out your back door. The view is amazing and it's so quiet here. We loved the addition of the paddle boat. A couple really good places to eat within a very short distance. We're already planning on being back next year!

FABULOUS!

5 of 5
We just had the best week at this lakeside "Camp". The cabin comes with so many extras it just made our stay extra nice. The lake is a gem and the huge porch is just feet away from it. It was difficult to pull ourselves out of our rocking chairs on the porch to swim and boat in the lake. But when we did, we loved it. Our daughters really loved playing outside and in the lake. A day trip to Burlington VT was especially fun, but the local area is very friendly and has what you need - including a winery at the top of the hill. The shooting stars across the lake at night were spectacular. We feel very lucky to have found this gem of a "camp" and no doubt will be sure to return. Thank you to our very lovely and hospitable hosts!

DAVE & DEB - WE LOVED IT!

5 of 5
We loved it. A beautiful location and a wonderful hostess. Our owner gave all kinds of info on places to go. She is very knowledgeable about the area. The house was clean and well kept, a cute little cottage which we enjoyed with our son and his wife and our grandson. Very quiet and peaceful with a westward view of the lake and incredible sunsets each night. A perfect backdrop for a bonfire by the lake while tipping a few and reviewing the day and planning the next days activities. Wasn't hard for us as we just loved the lake setting and fishing. Caught many bass from the dock and they weren't just little ones, 16 -20 inches for many of them using a Rapala 4" silver bottomed minnow. The ladies went into St Albans and found some neat little shops and my son and I went to Burlington, about 30 minutes south and found a nice cigar store. There were many other stores and restaurants there, as well. However, we spent most of our time at the lake, enjoying the peaceful, picturesque setting and relaxing. It was everything we had hoped it would be!
