Perfect!

5 of 5
Great location. Exactly what I wanted in a quiet, rustic cabin on Lake Champlain. If you don't enjoy this place... than you and I are fundamentally different people. I loved being home in Vt in between travel and this was the absolute icing on the cake. Cabin is fully equipped for a tranquil stay and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks

all wonderful

5 of 5
We now miss hearing the lapping of the lake against the dock and the calling of the loons, and the cheery neighborhood of the point. The cottages are in close proximity and Lisa's parents and other neighbors are part of the pleasure of the place. That said, everyone is respectful of the need or desire for privacy and quiet so there's a nice balance. The cottage is classic 1940s, but also clean, fresh and attractive, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of amenities, from Red Sox broadcasts via NESN to a well-outfitted kitchen. Highly recommended

Great place

5 of 5
What a great place to stay! The location is perfect. Secluded and private...but a short drive or walk to 'town'. My wife and I brought our two year old daughter and we had a great time. My daughter loved the "cave" beds (bunk beds) and especially loved the property. The beach was perfect for her to play on and the yard was a great size to run around on. Inside was super clean and organized. While it's not a huge place, we didn't go there planning to spend our time inside, so that was not a big deal. My wife and I stayed out on the new deck with the queen sized futon, which was awesome. Very nice to wake up to those views every morning. Lastly, Michelle was great. She checked on us the day we arrived and left, but also the morning after a massive wind storm blew in. She and her family cleaned up the beach (blown in lake weeds) and made sure we were ok. Overall, this place was perfect. If we make it up to VT again, we will definitely stay here.
