KILLINGTON IN BETWEEN SEASONS

5 of 5
We chose to go to Killington in between seasons, most places were closed, but enough were open for our stay to be enjoyable. We like to keep away from crowds. The house is spotless, well appointed and perfect for a family or a group of friends, with bedrooms independent from each other, privates baths, separate floors, and yet enough space to gather together, eat, play, watch TV, hang out. Rich was extremely helpful, generous and prompt. We chose Killington to go hiking. There are plenty of trails in the area, we could not discover them all in one week, but all the ones we tried were spectacular. Woodstock is only a half hour away. It is an active little town, more impervious to the fluctuations of the touristic seasons, with bookstores, fancy boutiques and many restaurants. Since Killington does not need any recommendation for the ski or the summer seasons, we mainly write this to encourage people to visit in between!!

GREAT SEASONAL RENTAL

5 of 5
What a luxury to have a great place to stay when visiting my daughter at college! We could ski together and her grand parents had some where to stay when visiting. The killington area is great year round and this condo was perfect. The clubhouse with fitness center and pool were a nice luxury you cant find at the other condos. I loved the property and felt safe with my daughter being there alone to ski. The owners were very accommodating and great to rent from.

GREAT CONDO/GREAT LOCATION

5 of 5
We just returned from staying at this condo for a portion of winter vacation week. The pictures are deceiving as there is MORE room than there appears (in my opinion). I stayed with my 9 year old son, and friend with her three kids. They had planty of room/space, as did the adults. There were so many towels, fresh soaps, tons of toiletries and all the comforts of home left for us to use. I drove down to the bear mountain base to grab our lift tickets and there were NO cars there, so we decided to drive and park there (even though the sunrise lift was working). On our last day it was icy and some of the lifts closed, so we got a voucher to use within the next year and after checking out of the condo, we stayed and played at the swimming pool all day and had lunch at the cafe. There was also sledding in the back (they had sleds for us to use) and ice skating on the small pond. It was just an very kid friendly atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. This was a wonderful spot with so many options. I highly recommend it!
