On the whole this is a fantastic ski house. The photos don't do justice to the quality inside, especially in the bedrooms and kitchen. While a few other homes we have rented for an annual ski trip have been tidy but not necessarily clean upon arrival, the Queens Croft home was spotless. Also, while it is not ski-on-ski-off, there is an intersection with the access trail that is an 8-10 minute walk or 30 second drive away, so you don't have to drive all the way to the base.
Our only complaint was that the hot tub controls are not fully functional, and even after working with the management company, it took many hours to heat up from the 75 degree standing temp. That said, I believe this is simply a mechanical issue, and when I did speak to Killington Holiday, they were very courteous and responsive. They got back to me immediately with a possible fix, and left a message 45 minutes later with another option.
If possible, this review would be 4.5 stars, and the only reason it is not 5 is because a portion of our group was pretty frustrated with the hot tub. Hopefully it gets sufficiently repaired or replaced, but on the whole this was just one small let down during an otherwise perfect stay. We'll be back.
