Fabulous oasis at the base of the mountain

5 of 5
Simply put, this condo is fantastic. I stayed here for 3 nights, Monday through Thursday. The beds are many and cozy--shout out to the beautiful West Elm quilts. The extra half-bath is super convenient, and the shower has good water pressure. All the windows look out toward the woods, so no icky parking lot views. It's on the second floor so you're off of the ground but you don't have to walk up a bunch of stairs. Everything was really clean (ample towels, crisp white sheets, stainless appliances, etc.), and the place is furnished in a way that makes you feel right at home while not making you feel like you're in someone else's home. The living area is sublime: open floor plan, great fireplace (there's free firewood), board games, beautiful view of the woods, iPod speakers, and a nice flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player (the Internet also works great). If you look closely at the family pictures by the fireplace, one of them is from the year Killington opened (1958)... pretty cool. The pictures don't show the flat-screen or the nice beige carpeting, but they make the place even nicer than the pictures. Spring skiing at Killington was a delight--50 degrees and sunny! The mountain is so big--the "beast of the east"--and great for all levels from very beginner to expert. You can get a spring pass for the mountain starting March 14 (unlimited skiing), and Killington stays open late--until the very end of May. I wish I had come just a few days later! If you've never been to Killington, just know that everything rocks: the skiing, the music, the dancing. You can't help but have an amazing time. Other reviews have mentioned this, but it was so nice to be picked up by the shuttle right outside the door, and the ski locker in the parking lot makes it even easier to head to the mountain. Post-skiing relaxation was also great. Whether you're into lounging by the fire or in the hot tub and steam room, the place has it all. They even have a nice gym (cardio and weight rooms) if your muscles aren't tired from skiing. Cheri was so helpful with all of our needs. Overall, it was a fabulous stay. We will definitely be staying at this condo whenever we get the chance to enjoy Killington.

Perfect Stay for the Annual Trip

5 of 5
Definitely one of the best ski resort condos I've ever stayed in for our annual guys' trip. The place was located perfectly, equipped and stocked with all the essentials and labeled for convenience. It's a very roomy condo with a nice view from the balcony from the top of Skye Peak all the way to Rams Head on a clear day. Ski-home trail was great and shuttle stops right at the front of Trail Creek for a quick ride to the lifts. Definitely would recommend Kim's property to anyone. Hope to be back soon!

Great Place for a great price.

5 of 5
We arrived at the Condo around 4PM. The management company was really great, they communicated with us and entering the unit was made easy. The unit was very clean, it was loaded with towels, soaps, shampoos and everything you need. We were a total of 6 people and it did feel a little tight. The unit is perfect for four. The only down side was the coffee machine, which only used capsules and capsules were nowhere to be found in the condo. Overall, if you're spending the entire day on the slopes and don't need anything luxurious, this condo is great. Nice, clean and close to the ski area.
