AMAZING...AMAZING...AMAZING!!!!

5 of 5
I stayed here with a group of 10 people all from New York City for MLK weekend. This was definitely the ideal getaway from the city. We had an entire view of the iced over lake that snowmobiler were enjoying and the snow covered mountains and tree's made it almost feel like a scene out of a movie. The home was beautifully maintained and especially clean. I usually hate sleeping on a bed that is not mine but I felt very comfortable sleeping here because it was just so clean and new (there is also a laundry machine and dryer as well). The house was located just far enough from having any distractions but close enough to anything you may need. The kitchen was well stocked with a coffeemaker, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, etc... The house slept all 10 guest very comfortably and there was enough bathrooms and hot water that nobody argued about showering. We all were extremely satisfied with our stay here and are already planning our next stay. If you are planning your next Vermont getaway this is definitely a home that anyone would enjoy.

Cozy and Comfortable

5 of 5
The barn was very comfortable and clean, a great place to stay while we visited family in the area for Christmas. We really appreciated that it is dog friendly so our pup could be with us. Its location was perfect for us, close to conveniences of stores in Castleton, barely a mile to Rt. 4 and only 10 minutes from family at the other end of Bomoseen. Also, a nice neighborhood for taking a walk. Would definitely stay again.

Vermont Beauty

5 of 5
This is a lovely home with all of the modern amenities you could ask for. Spacious deck with grill, huge master bedroom, updated kitchen, WIFI, and a beautiful sunset over the lake. The owner could not have been more accommodating and generous. Highly recommended! One small note: this home is located on the shallow end of the lake which is weedy and not conducive to swimming. There are kayaks but no dock or rowboat. This was made clear to us early on so no surprises. Great place to stay.
