Easy to find and located in one of the prettiest parts of the state, my husband and I had a wonderful time staying here! The cabin is adorable- cozy and a lot of charm! We loved the eclectic decor and all the beautiful woodwork. I really appreciated the kitchen; it's well equipped and a gorgeous space to cook in! The movie theater was awesome (not to mention a pretty great selection of DVDs to pick from) and it was nice to feel secluded but still have wifi ^_^ The hot tub on the porch was really nice; we got to use it while it was snowing and it was a great way to stay out and enjoy the snow while relaxing! Another reason to stay here- American Flatbread is a just a short scenic drive down the's pretty much some of the best pizza on the planet. There's lots of hiking in the area; we checked out some gorgeous waterfalls, all within a 30 minute drive. My husband and I already have talked about going back- we like to canoe and while it wasn't quite the season for it yet, we saw some great spots for boating! Jeff has put together a binder full of information on the area full of everything you'd want to know... I can't think of a more welcoming place to stay!

This house is in a great setting and has access to some of the best activites Vermont has to offer. We had a great time on our stay and Jill was a great prompt communicator. We drove up in bad weather and Jill called us to make sure we arrived ok. There is no cable or internet but that wasn't a concern for us, there was an adequate selection of movies to keep us entertained. Keep in mind the driveway and road is steep, so use caution in bad weather. 4wd/awd is a must. We will be back.
