Perfect

5 of 5
Everything is included in this lovely clean and well-maintained home (not a cottage at all) including high chair and booster chair. My husband and I stayed in the house while our almost two year old granddaughter and her parents were staying nearby. Though it rained and snowed most of the week, the house perfect for us to entertain our family by day and yet have evenings and nap time for ourselves. The guest book indicates that families return year after year and I can see why. The house was obviously designed for year-round family fun with opportunities for privacy as well. The entry foyer helped us keep debris from Vermont's mud season in check. It would do the same for snow. We loved the sound system. (The neighbors may not have enjoyed "Farmer in the Dell". It took us a minute or two to realize that there were speakers on the deck as well as in the kitchen and living room.) Collen has assembled a "bible" full of activities and restaurant. We went to the Pump House Water Park at Jay Peak and the opening day of Cajun's Snack Bar just a few miles up the road in Lowell,VT and enjoyed both. We certainly would recommend Lake Eden House to friends and relatives, but not widely because we want it be available when we are able to return. :-)

Exactly as advertised, exactly what we needed.

This home was beautiful, we were there in the dead of winter and this was just the perfect cozy stay. we ventured out during the day and sat by the fire place in the evening. There are plenty off books and what to do there even in the dead of winter. And the frozen lake view is really just magical to wake up to. This home is clean and fully stocked. I cant wait to come back in the summer!
