Ideal place to stay for a group visiting Sugarbush

4 of 5
We stayed for 4 nights over New Year. The house is very pleasant and it was perfect for us to use as a base to go boarding from. The owners left us access to their Netflix account which turned out to be great for the injured skier in the party. It's not the most salubrious of accommodations but it did the job perfectly. It was clean enough but not 'hotel' clean and tidy when we arrived. The bedroom layout was as described with three double beds and a single bunk above one of the doubles. The hot water ran out after 2 or 3 showers, which motivated is to get up in the morning before the others. The drive to the property is quite long and it is rough. It's not a place to bring you corvette. On the other hand, who takes a corvette skiing in Vermont? I'd stay here again if I was going back to Sugarbush.

Beautiful, serene, well cared for, quiet. lovely

5 of 5
The place was beautiful and cared for with such love. Soft peaceful gardens to breakfast in, lovely waterfalls and creeks to spend our days by. The property was inviting and peaceful -- secluded and yet close enough to town to get some great ice cream and lovely dinners. Dawn was a very welcoming hostess. Time stretched out and we felt renewed and refreshed. A great find.

Wonderful Place with Plenty of Character

5 of 5
If you are looking for a get-away that really is away, this is the place! Beautiful old farm house, large yard, nice babbling brook and nearby rivers and waterfalls. Very quiet and peaceful.
