Short walk to Church St w/ outstanding lake views

5 of 5
Location, location, location. Great, immaculate 2 bedroom apartment in quiet neighborhood about 7 minute walk from Church Street, the boat house, etc. Ample parking and the bike path is right there. The back yard and porch feel very private with amazing panoramic views of Lake Champlain. Great location to BBQ, watch sunsets, sip drinks while watching the boats come into port, or have a fun night downtown without the hassle of parking. Owner very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

Lovely house, close to everything

5 of 5
We stayed here for a conference rather than booking a hotel. It was relaxing, clean and lovely. The fact that the house has only one bathroom required a bit more planning for folks getting ready for work in the morning, but it definitely wasn't a show-stopper. I'd stay again for sure. The owner is very attentive and helpful.

A peaceful oasis

5 of 5
Carpe Diem cottage surpassed all of our high expectations. The location is extremely convenient to all that downtown Burlington has to offer, and is an easy 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The problem was, that we never wanted to leave the cottage. The gardens were gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. Maggie is an absolute pleasure and made sure all of your needs were met, including a kitchen stocked with fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and granola. We have recommended this location to many friends and would go back in a heartbeat.
