Everything as advertised

5 of 5
We were at the condo from February 20-24 and everything was as it's described here. We had three in our party and everyone had a comfy bed and plenty of room to move around. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would expect and the fireplace with electric ignition was nice for keeping the living room warm. The unit was on the 3rd floor, which does make for great views, but had us huffing and puffing a bit hauling luggage up there. As is mentioned in the ad, the condo is located right off the interstate next to the outlet mall... close to a nearby Wal-Mart, Starbucks, restaurants, and pretty much anything you need. We had a rental car (would advise it) and Park City proper was only 10-12 minutes away. Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley are all an easy drive (we did all three). Dealing with Jim (the owner) was super easy... very responsive to emails, all payments were made through PayPal and he refunded the security deposit shortly after we left. Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a good option for Park City.

Cozy, quiet and a great stay.

5 of 5
My Husband and I just came for a weekend getaway. I have to say this is such a nice and cozy condo for the money, it's newly renovated with great finishes nice and clean which is super important to me. If you're looking for a nice clean and comfortable place to stay for the money this is the place. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel with room service and a concierge then it might not be for you, but otherwise for us we thought it was great place to stay. So close to Main Street with all the great restaurants and bars, and did not break the bank, that's why I gave it 5 stars. Thanks so much for letting us stay we will be back for the ski season. Great stay in Park City!

5 of 5
My friends and I loved Park City! The owners of this condo were always friendly and prompt to respond to my emails and questions, which was a definite plus in picking this place. Booking it online was a breeze. The condo was great - looks just like in the pictures. Everything was tidy and cozy inside. The condo was a good size to accomodate for a small group (5-7 people). We were glad there was a spa inside the building to relax in after a long day of boarding/skiing. Although we had a car, the shuttle stop is right in front of the building for those opting for local transportation. I think it only runs until 10pm, but the cabs were easy to get if you want to go out at night. The parking lots are also next door to the building which was very convenient for unloading/loading our snow gear. The condo location was easy to find from the SLC airport (about a 30-40 minute drive) and very closeby to the Park City snow resorts and shops. One of the nearby supermarkets we went to closed at 10pm but luckily they were nice enough to stay open for us when we got there later. There's also a nearby 7-11 (that also sells alcohol, good to know!). We were not too far from Main St. where most of the night life was. Everything was only a 5-10 minute car ride away. I would recommend this condo to other friends and would stay here again. As far as places to go on Main St., my friends and I went to Grappa restaurant for dinner; a bit pricey and on the fancy side, but excellent Italian entrees and wines. We also hung out at Side Car which had great live music (there's a $5 cover) and No Name Saloon, which was a fun sports bar and good for people-watching. These were all walking distance along Main St. We went to Park City and the Canyons resorts to board/ski. Both were awesome (having only boarded in California and Colorado) but the Canyons had even more beautiful trails and amazing scenic views; it was a memorable experience. Two days was not nearly enough time to venture on all of the trails at both resorts. We also got a chance to take pictures at Utah Olympic Park, which was cool to see where the '02 Olympics took place. I can't wait to go back. Thanks again for a great stay!
