WONDERFUL FAMILY FRIENDLY HOME, COZY & COMFORTABLE

This home is DEFINITELY one of a kind. My family and I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this home was by far the BEST! The pantry was stocked with many extras-cereal, cooking supplies, and just everything we forgot to bring. The frig was also generously stocked. Our first nights meal was completely a gift from Gayle! The house was spacious enough to accomodate 8 adults, 4 kids and a baby. The bunk room was my three boys favorite hide out! Gayle included pool toys, beach towels, family games, extensive movies and all kinds of baby equipment that one just didn't expect. Some of my very favorite things were the collection of blankets that made it possible for us to sit outside and star gaze with delicious complimentary hot chocolate. The kitchen is a dream come true! We had several people cooking at once and room for everyone else to hang out close by. Another of my favorites was the hot tub and I can't forget the great washer/dryer fully stocked with all we needed to come home with clean laundry. I can't thank Gayle and her hospitality team enough for the wonderful, relaxing family friendly home.

GREAT PLACE FOR A RELAXING VACATION

This condo is in a great location, only minutes from Main Street and with several local restaurants & bars close by. Very close to golf and activities. The 2 main bedrooms are good size, however the loft with bunk beds overlooks the master so families will want to plan well for kids' sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is large and very well stocked. The patio/deck has a wonderful view of the mountains and golf course. Great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail. The listing notes "pool", however it is not on site. It's at a rec center a couple blocks away that you need to pay for, so if a pool is a must for your stay you'll want to look into the details. Overall, a great condo that had all we needed for a relaxing week. Would definitely return.

BEAUTIFUL TOWNHOUSE...PERFECT LOCATION!

We stayed here in October 2009 and had a great time! This is a wonderful new townhouse in a great location. Very quiet, clean and modern. Nice and bright with lots of windows. The beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances was well stocked with all the necessities. Living/dining room is open to kitchen and has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, free wireless internet. There's a hot tub and small table/chairs on the deck. The two bedrooms upstairs have TVs, comfortable beds (king and queen), plenty of pillows and extra blankets, lots of closet/dresser space. There's a daybed with trundle in the upstairs loft that would be perfect for kids. Each bedroom has a private bath (granite counters) with a second sink just outside the bathroom door. We had plenty of extra towels, tissue etc. and appreciated the little extras like nightlights in the baths. There's another full bath with shower downstairs. We like to travel light and avoid checking bags, so it was really nice to have a washer and dryer. We did a small load each morning while getting ready and eating breakfast. The attached garage was great- no searching for a parking space. It would be really helpful for loading and unloading lots of luggage, ski equipment etc. It's extra long with plenty of room for a large SUV (Dodge Durango). The townhouse backs up to the Swaner Nature Preserve with a walking path just outside the door. Beautiful views over the open space to the mountains- we even watched a hot air balloon lift off one morning! A short walk to upscale shops, grocery stores, restaurants (Maxwell's was very good), even a movie theater. We forgot the battery charger for the camera and just walked to Best Buy for a new one. There's a free shuttle bus to Park City and ski resorts (5 min to Canyons, 10 min to Park City/Deer Valley). Dave (the owner) was wonderful to work with- very quick response to emails. He even helped us find a fly fishing guide. Check in/check out was easy at Newpark Hotel's 24/7 front desk. We felt like locals coming home every night, and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend this place if you want a great home away from home in a fantastic location.
