Excellent condo, convenient location, great owner!

5 of 5
This condo offers everything promised! For starters, the owner, Pete, is terrific! He is very accessible, knows the area well and provided terrific information about things to do, places to eat and even the latest news on ski resort ticket information for the upcoming season. The condo itself is lovely and in a quiet setting. As promised, the unit is very clean and well maintained with brand new wood floors throughout, full kitchen and all the comforts of home. It is conveniently located about 4-blocks above Main Street – but just out of range from the noise on Main Street – with the Town Ski Lift straight down the hill. For dinner, we highly recommend Butcher’s Chop House – all food selections were great – and then the No Name Saloon for a fun bar scene and excellent chili bread-bowls. Both are only about a 4 to 5 minute walk and were recommended by the owner. I highly recommend this condo (and the owner) and we are planning to return in the latter part of the ski season with our kids.

Very nice place to stay in Park City

5 of 5
My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at Park City. The condo was very spacious and roomy and it had all the things necessary to get you by during your stay. The location was great and all stores and parks were close by. I would definitely recommend this place for others to stay. I have a 9, 10 and 12 year old that felt at home the entire week we stayed there. Not to mention, some of the other parents that traveled with us di not have the space we had with our condo. I will definitely stay here again, if we are out this way for future baseball tournaments or just to visit. I want to thank Dave and Kate again for letting stay at their place.

Pretty in Park City

4 of 5
Lovely decor, FULLY equipped, comfortable, clean. Clearly someone has chosen the amenities who has lived there themselves--everything was there. Our only comment is that summer w/o air conditioning can be warm though most of the places we looked into did not have AC. We felt safe and secure--easy to access once we figured out the parking garage entry. Very convenient to Main Street and Park City attractions.
