Peaceful Romantic Getaway!

4 of 5
This place is perfect if you are looking for something a bit out of town with beautiful scenery! My husband and I stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. We cooked most of our meals at the cabin and ate on the patio in front or around back under the larger patio (which house a nice seating area and is secluded from the other cabins). Yes, the layout is a little weird, but they explain it in full detail in the description. It's basically one large cabin split in two. The divider is in the kitchen. If you rent out the Lodge Suite, they will not rent out the other side during your stay, so you don't have to worry about anyone else being there. I read a review that was very negative, but I can not express enough how nice this place is for the money. It is dog friendly, which is why we choose to stay there, but it doesn't smell like dogs. It's perfectly clean and has everything you need for a nice romantic getway! There were little baby goats in the pasture next to us, adorable!!!

Perfect getaway!

5 of 5
This was our first trip to the Moab area and this cabin was the perfect choice. It's about 20 minutes from town, up on a mountain, with only 1 other cabin next to it, and 2 other cabins in the clearing. Very private and peaceful. After long days of trail riding, this place was the perfect end to the day. Loved watching the sunset and sunrise, and the cooler temps were very refreshing. The kids had a great time playing in the meadow. During our stay we saw hummingbirds, lizards, and heard several turkey very close by. Be warned - 1. There is NO cell service for us and no phones, so you won't be able to make any calls unless you drive the 20 minutes down the mountain. 2. There is no internet or data services. 3. The blue roof cabin does NOT have a gas grill as listed. It's a charcoal grill. This was a slight inconvenience for us, only because we did not bring charcoal and didn't want to drive back into town. Besides the lack of charcoal, the cabin was extremely well stocked. We have stayed at several vrbo places, and this one was the best stocked. We highly recommend this place and the Moab area, and will likely return next year!
