Fun Family Winter Stay for Sundance 2014!

5 of 5
We’ve stayed at a few properties managed by iTrip Park City over the last few years and this was again, a memorable family vacation! We choose to use their services for many reasons, but the key for us is responsive customer service – whether with booking, last minute or special requests – trust of the brand and well cared for properties. This unit was perfect for us, since we planned to visit during the Sundance Film Festival when prices are at their highest. Since we wanted to partake in the films, activities, events and ski on the off-day, this was not only affordable for us, but comfortable as well. The unit has a ski chalet feel and the amenities available at Red Pine are also a nice feature - pool, hot tubs, clubhouse, etc. Thank you for looking after us so well over the years, my family had another great summer vacation in Park City, Utah and we look forward to our next trip this winter!

Welcoming, Modern & Well Equipped July 4th Week!

5 of 5
Finally, I have found the perfect perch in Park City; a charming, private multi-level condo, just a short drive from Main Street Park City & Deer Valley. This property is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, a great open kitchen and large family living room. Services were provided by a professional rental management company who really cared about our experience and we appreciated their attention to detail. I would have to agree with the majority of past Guests that this place is great, the service is personalized and the experience was memorable. We did have minimal construction going on in the area, while we were there, but we were well informed ahead of our initial reservation and it wasn't anything to fuss over once we were there. I saw that another Guest, Billie K, visited the place after our stay and I feel obligated to refute their ridiculous review. I am shocked that Billie K and her compatriots felt compelled to swindle (or as they say, negotiate) money from the Owner after their 'month-long' stay. To say nothing, until after they left, sounds like a scam to me! To eat the whole plate of food and then complain of it's 'off-taste' is certainly suspect. They revealed themselves as difficult & calculating and I feel bad for management, as it appears (and they too said) they were very willing to appease and look after the Guest before, during and after their stay. From Billie K’s own admission, they were given the option to move (when they expressed their level of 'distress' and ‘dissatisfaction’) by management and they chose not to. Now they are coming back and blaming someone else for their decision. The bottom line is that from my family's personal experience at this property and from the care & services provided to us by management, we really look forward to returning to this property and wholeheartedly give this home a strong 5-star rating!

Comfortable and well-stocked

5 of 5
We (husband and wife) stayed for 5 months from May to September and had a great time. The apartment is small, but well laid out. The king size bed and leather sofa are comfortable. The kitchen is also rather small for a long term stay in terms of storage space for food, but it is incredibly well-stocked with utensils as well as herbs, spices, etc. You can tell that the owners actually spend time here (as opposed to minimally-stocked rentals that feel like hotel rooms). If you're into cooking you'll have everything you need. The building is very quiet (right at the back of the community, far from the interstate), and the neighbors are all friendly. There's a good-sized gym and pool. We enjoyed having a balcony, which overlooks the parking lot but has a nice view of the mountains and Olympic ski jump. Behind the condo is the Swaner Reserve with hills and lots of hiking trails that boast spectacular views of the valley below. (We saw deer and moose!) The internet was very slow when we arrived (about 1-3 Mbps), but the owners agreed to upgrade the service and now it averages 30Mbps! We didn't have a car for most of our stay, but it was an easy 15min walk to the nearby shopping center which has supermarkets (Whole Foods and Smiths), restaurants, clothing stores and just about everything you need, in addition to free summer concerts every Thursday night. It's a bit of a distance from downtown Park City, but the free bus system was easy to use. We loved this area and definitely recommend this apartment!
