Great location, beautiful condo

5 of 5
What a great find! I was so lucky to find this great condo for me an my dog. A beautifully decorated place located right across the street from Park City Ski resort made for a wonderful stay. I could not have been happier, and wanted to stay longer. I was there in summer for some really good mountain biking right across the street, Sundance Film showings in the park a few blocks away, and now want to plan a trip back for some winter skiing. Loved it, Thank you!

Perfect for an active lifestyle

4 of 5
We just finished a month long stay at this condo and loved our time there. I actually live in Salt Lake and commuted back and forth to work, church, etc. I rented the condo so we could be close to lots of fun activities on our time off. This was perfect. If you get summer season passes the trick is to go the first and last hour of the day when the lines are much shorter. If you want to ride the coaster, buy your tickets the night before and be in line before it opens, or get in line a few minutes before it closes. Pros: *0.5 mile walk to Main Street *Skate park, bike trail, playground, and library down the hill about a block or so. There was so much to do with my kids! *Free buses that will take you anywhere in Park City, go by all the time. You do not need a car here for sure! *Across the street from PCMR (When I drive I usually have to park further away to get to the lifts) *Washer/Dryer *Big nice fridge *Comfortable and nice couches *Comfortable beds *Clean and updated Cons: *HOT in the summer! Not only is there no air conditioning, it's really hard to get air circulation in the condo and the hot air got trapped in the front room. Bedrooms were easy to cool down at night though. *Parking for only one car, and I would guess the garage doesn't fit everyone in the winter (I don't know that for sure). There is a lot of parking across the street, but cars are subject to be towed after 2am. *Hard water made all the dishes look and feel awful. The dishwasher might be working ok, but the hard water seemed to make the dishes come out worse. We ended up using paper plates, etc. *Bigger trucks go up the hill nearby and it can be pretty loud. We didn't mind though. We really did love staying here despite the cons.
