Fabulous!

5 of 5
We just came back from an amazing weekend staying in this condo. There were 3 adults and 6 kids and still plenty of room for everyone and all the gear. The owners had everything stocked and ready for us. We played the games and cards they had out for us, watched DVD's they had available (great selection btw), snuggled up in front of the fire with their super cozy throw blankets, and I have to say their kitchen supplies and utensils were nicer than I have in my own house! (My brother and sister in law have decided they need to own the same coffeemaker that was in the condo now!) It really felt like the owners were treating me like a guest in their home and not a "tenant" for the weekend. With 6 kids, I have to say that the loft really did make ALL the difference. I wasn't worried about them jumping up and down and disturbing downstairs neighbors and it gave them lots of room to do their own thing and allow the adults to have a conversation downstairs. Another great thing was the location. We didn't have to get in our cars all weekend and anyone with kids (especially kids with snow gear) can recognize what a relief and time saver that is. We sled and went tubing right outside the doors of the condo. We used the hot tub and and game room also. Such a nice treat! We had a fabulous weekend and will definitely go back!

First time at Brian Head

5 of 5
This was a great condo. The pictures don't do it justice. The loft upstairs is huge with an additional bar. We had two families of four stay there and it was great. My only complaint would be the lack of a hot tub but that didn't detract from our stay. The local contact was very responsive to any questions/issues we had. We will be booking it again!

Need a little upkeep, but lots of fun!

4 of 5
The house definitely accommodates a large number of people and has some great amenities: washer/drier, TV with lots of channels (including movie channels), plenty of towels, etc. For some reason, when we called the shuttle number, they told us we needed to call another service. We had cars, so we just drove, but would have liked to use the shuttle a couple of times. Speaking of cars, just a heads up that there is no covered parking or garage. We parked along the street. Also, the house is large, but just know that there are not large rooms (aside from the basement). It is split into three levels and if you have a large group where everyone wants to be together at the same time (i.e. you want to have a game night), it's not likely that more than 6-8 people will comfortably fit in one area. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. A great perk was the kids could go play in the basement area or up where the fuse ball table was, while the adults sat around the kitchen table or visited in the living room. The house was clean on the surface, but lots of cobwebs hung from the ceilings in the bathroom and living room. Also there was lots of dust under the beds and my 6 year old daughter found a pair of dirty underwear under her bed. Just seems like the housekeeping could do a better job. The house is definitely older and could use some upkeep. The location is great! You're super close to the lifts. Our family overall had a wonderful time.
