                              40+ FAMILY REUNION

                              5 of 5
Words cannot express how perfect this place was! Pros: - The house is bigger than it looks in the photos. - 9 bedrooms was great! Even the older grandchildren got to use the bunk bed room. - Kitchen well equipped. - Back yard that goes on for days! - If the adults want to hang out at night, the front living room is perfect for games, and not disturbing those in bed. - BBQ was awesome, and much appreciated for easy cooking. - Lots of seating for dining, and outside. - Close to fireworks for the 4th of July, and close to an amazing shave ice place, along with a gas station for quick stuff one might need. - 20 min from Wal-Mart and amazing indoor swimming site. - Biking everywhere and river hike 30 min away. - There is an extra room! It doesn't have a door, but its located right near the kitchen and shows the old foundation. Perfect because we needed another room for a family and tada, it was there! (maybe they will add a door sometime?) - Car port for a trailer, which was awesome because even in this big house we needed 10 rooms for couples, and with the trailer we could all fit and have our own little space! - Lots of closets for kids to sleep in and get their own rooms! We had babies with our family and it was very easy getting to stick them in their cribs for sleeping time. - Available owner. - All around amazing house that gave us everything we needed. Cons: - While the AC worked and it never got over 87 in the house (while cooking during the hottest part of the day with no windows open, maybe happened twice), there was some confusion. We had a hard time getting it to work at the temp we wanted in the room we wanted. And for some reason some rooms were freezing while others very warm. Not to worry though, just some minor room changes for those who like it hot or cold. - The trampoline is great, but it was surrounded by stone. No one got hurt, but we were cautious of it. Also some kids slept on the trampoline, and at 2am the sprinklers went off. Very funny now, but not funny to those kids at the time. - Keep and eye on the dishwasher. It works and all, but it is so quiet that multiple times it would not get turned on properly and we had dirty dishes for breakfast when we needed clean ones. Opps! We had an amazing experience at this home. The memories we gained from this place are irreplaceable! Thank you! From the family of 18 brothers and sisters (including in-laws), 2 parents, and 23 grandchildren. We had a splendid time!

AN ABSOLUTE GEM, GREAT LOCATION & OWNER IS SUPER FRIENDLY & HELPFUL

                              5 of 5
This place deserves all 5 stars and then some. First of all, the pictures don't do it justice...it's even prettier in person and while the outside of the building may appear "older", this unit is in excellent condition, immaculate and well maintained, and all modern touches. Leather furniture, state of the art TV system, bedrooms that make you feel like you are in a high end wilderness lodge, gas fireplace, and little touches like coffee, teas, popcorn, bath products, modern and new plates/cookware. Diane was helpful, sharing tips and maps of the area. We did a beautiful hike of Cedar Breaks National Monument, a 1 mile or less ride from this unit. A easy 1 hour round trip hike to a splendid overlook of a 6K foot red canyon. We even had a slight snow flurry hiking out. We got steaks from Joe's meat market in Panquitch, UT on our way back from a day of hiking in Bryce Canyon. We cooked them on the Weber grill that Diane has at this unit, and it was a superb meal! Little 2 seater bench on the small deck, is a great place to unwind with a glass of wine. Bryce is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away, and Zyon about the same. We went and had dinner at the Grand Lodge in the Lift Bar & Restaurant. This was beautiful...2 large outside fire pits sitting about 20 a piece at each, and gorgeous views. Recommend the burgers and salad. The local pizza place 1/4 mile down the street is another "gem" and local favorite. I can't say enough things about this area and how great it is, only potential downside is this time of year is definitely off season, so not many around....but, we kinda liked it that way. Another tip, we packed a cooler bag and some blue ice to pack lunches for our days in Bryce, but Diane also has a couple of blue ice packs in the freezer. You will enjoy this beautiful condo!

                              REPEAT CUSTOMER

                              5 of 5
Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) have stayed here the past 2 winters. Plenty of room. Very close to slopes, great covered parking. Room is first one by elevator so great for bringing stuff up/down. Very clean. Loved using pool/sauna for a break from snow. Walking distance to tube park (our favorite), unfortunately wasn't ready opening weekend so will go later this year. Cooked most of our own meals. Restaurants super slow, overpriced and food not really worth it. Pots and pans in condo. Fireplace added nice mood.
