This place deserves all 5 stars and then some. First of all, the pictures don't do it justice...it's even prettier in person and while the outside of the building may appear "older", this unit is in excellent condition, immaculate and well maintained, and all modern touches. Leather furniture, state of the art TV system, bedrooms that make you feel like you are in a high end wilderness lodge, gas fireplace, and little touches like coffee, teas, popcorn, bath products, modern and new plates/cookware. Diane was helpful, sharing tips and maps of the area. We did a beautiful hike of Cedar Breaks National Monument, a 1 mile or less ride from this unit. A easy 1 hour round trip hike to a splendid overlook of a 6K foot red canyon. We even had a slight snow flurry hiking out. We got steaks from Joe's meat market in Panquitch, UT on our way back from a day of hiking in Bryce Canyon. We cooked them on the Weber grill that Diane has at this unit, and it was a superb meal! Little 2 seater bench on the small deck, is a great place to unwind with a glass of wine. Bryce is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away, and Zyon about the same. We went and had dinner at the Grand Lodge in the Lift Bar & Restaurant. This was beautiful...2 large outside fire pits sitting about 20 a piece at each, and gorgeous views. Recommend the burgers and salad. The local pizza place 1/4 mile down the street is another "gem" and local favorite. I can't say enough things about this area and how great it is, only potential downside is this time of year is definitely off season, so not many around....but, we kinda liked it that way. Another tip, we packed a cooler bag and some blue ice to pack lunches for our days in Bryce, but Diane also has a couple of blue ice packs in the freezer. You will enjoy this beautiful condo!
