GREAT LOCATION, BUT A BIT OVERPRICED.

4 of 5
To be honest, the place is pretty good, though there are some remarks. The main pluses are the following: location, amenities and the size of the room. Check-in was also very fast and smooth. The room has sound-proof windows and doors - it doesn't matter if there is any noise outside, just keep everything closed :)) Although I never met the representative of the owner of the property, he (Benjamin) was very helpful when I had some questions regarding my stay and sent me all instructions via phone. But I have to mention that the owner should pay attention to a number of aspects regarding amenities. First of all, if you say in a property description that it has a dishwasher, an in-room safe, you have to make sure all that works. Thanks god I have an engineering education and was able to open a dishwasher taking in account its lock was broken, but I could not do anything about the safe - benjamine just told me it broke. Hah-hah...He should have had it repaired before... Also, I do not understand one more thing: if you rent your property and take it seriously, why don't you provide toilet paper, soap, shampoo? I understand that I can buy all that but do I have time and wish to do that upon arrival to the property after 2 consecutive flights of 14 hours in total? I think all that should be at guests' disposal upon their arrival. Nevertheless, overall impression is good. Would recommend it for a short stay in MB.

WESTGATE RESORT IS WONDERFUL! WE ENJOYED IT ALL!

5 of 5
The description was accurate, but it was so much more. The place is beautiful, and we enjoyed the many amenities! Drafts restaurant was a favorite-try the "Slope" pizza and the grapefruit beer! The spa was average, but we had nice facials. It was way overpriced, and although it wasn't busy, the help acted put out when the coffee pot didn't work. They placed a crazy loud and too hot space heater in the lounge, and it didn't feel like a very expensive spa should feel. Wouldn't recommend going there. Be sure to get the owners key because you get a discount when renting from the owner. It's 10% off everything! Their marketplace is really good. The wine was too pricey. Go to the shopping center where Smith's is, near 224 to get your alcohol. There is a great store there. I loved the shopping there, and the outlet mall was great too. We loved Park City too. It was quaint and quirky. I experienced altitude sickness there, but felt better after taking ibuprofen every day. It makes you feel like you have the flu. Yuck. We also loved going to the Olympic Village to see the ski jumps and luge runs. We did a $10 tour and it was hosted by a silver medalist ski jumper! He was great. That was well worth it. I would recommend this unit, and we'll use it again too. We came to visit our daughter and son-in-law, who live in SLC, and it took about 30 minutes to drive there. Be sure to check out downtown Salt Lake, it is a wonderful place! We also went to see the SLC Bees play baseball, and Real Salt Lake play soccer! That was fun too. Tailgate before the soccer game in the lot. Obviously we had a wonderful time. There snow was gone, but that didn't matter. It's a beautiful place to visit. Go!!!

AMAZING TIME, GREAT LOCATION

4 of 5
We went back and forth when deciding whether or not we should give the Manor a shot after doing some research, but Jennifer put our minds at ease. We easily got from the airport to the condo, about a 40 dollar cab ride, and were able to get right into our room without any interruption. While the hallways are a little dated, and the hotel rooms we were able to see were not appealing, this condo fit our needs perfectly. Definitely go with a condo and not a hotel room owned by the facility. The condo was clean with a great view of the ocean from the large balcony. The water in the bathroom was a little murky and could have gotten hotter, but was fine for the time we were there. We lucked out with weather so we were rarely in the room. The tiki bar was awesome and convenient, and the bartenders Jason and Alyssa were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. This location is the best!! 24/7 valet service makes getting a cab in minutes a breeze. We vented down to Las Olas Blvd which has great bars and clubs and had an awesome time at Aruba Beach Cafe up the road. We would absolutely stay here again, next time for a week or more. The vacation was much too short for how great our stay was! Thanks for everything Jennifer! - Gina
