This is the third time our golf group has stayed at Dancing Falls. One of the group summarized it this way," this place is place is the best". Thank you for hosting us. See you next year.

Amazing Cabin

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the Cuddle Shack. It was everything that this ad said and more. Oh.My.Gosh. The drive up from Gatlinburg is an adventure! It would have been good if we had a four wheel drive vehicle, but our Ford Taurus with 130,000 miles made it. I'm so glad my husband was driving! We parked each day at the top of the driveway and walked down to the cabin in order to spare our car the steep incline. We wanted adventure, and we got it! The deck was our favorite part. The view is amazing. We ate several meals out there. The hot tub at night was really cool. Soaked our muscles after hiking all day. The bed is so comfortable. We saw three bears from the balcony one day at dusk! Very quiet and very private. We did not want to leave. Hope to come back some day. BTW, there are no pictures of the bathroom in this ad, but it is nice and very spacious. Special tip: If you want adventure in the park, go hiking at the first quiet walkway on your right. It is nice and level and serene as you walk through the forest. Then it starts getting pretty steep, almost like you are climbing. And then you get a surprise. You walk into a clearing which is an ancient Smoky Mountain cemetery. It's not very big, but some of the weathered graves date back to the mid 1800's. Very cool. We tried to picture what this mountain community must have been like in the past.
