We travelled to this flat from Kings Cross, and found the flat to be about 10 minutes from Archway station, therefore close by. When we arrived there was building work being done, however it was in the middle of the day so no complaint. We had planned on heading back into town to explore the sights. On our return, we walked past a small supermarket for some breakfast supplies and the building work had finished for the night.
The flat can be described as quirky, with the kitchen on one level as you come in, the bedroom lower down and the bathroom lower down off the bedroom. Each room has space around it, meaning the space does not feel cramped. The bed was comfy, with plenty of power sockets around to charge all our devices. The bathroom light did not work when we were there, and the bathroom plug was missing. Ruth assured me she would correct this, however as we were only staying one night we made do with what we had.
The flat was clean, and had all the amenities I would expect, and Ruth has provided excellent service. If you are looking for an apartment that has some character to it, in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of city centre London then I would recommend staying in this place. It was no hassle travelling here by underground either.
Thank you Ruth for an excellent stay.
