Nice apartment, convenient location

4 of 5
We enjoyed the open living space and kitchen. Lots of room to spread out. The location worked very well for our first trip to the "big city". We could easily get to the tube and walk to good restaurants at night. It felt safe around the neighborhood as well. The greeter met us upon arrival and gave us the keys and layout for TV and wifi. The property could use a binder with information on how to trouble shoot appliances. We eventually figured out the dishwasher, but the last night we tried to do laundry and had issues with the washer and dryer. The manager offered to get someone out the next morning, but we had to leave. We also had no hot water one morning for showers, but the manager got someone out very quickly the same day to fix. This property works well for two adults for sleeping in bedroom, but the sofa sleeper is not a large bed. It would work well for very small children, as the mattress is very thin and probably not meant for two adults. The one thing that I feel makes a property feel super luxurious is very high end linens, comforters, pillows and bath towels. If these owners upgraded those items I would feel very comfortable recommending this property to friends.

Quaint, cozy, quiet and perfect!

5 of 5
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment off Fleet Street. It was convenient to everything since we did stuff in East London and West London and everything in between, so the location suited us fine. The royal family was just up the street at St. Pauls while we were there! Communications with Kremena and her check in staff were perfect. I absolutely recommend this apartment and anything this owner has to offer!! Cheers!

4.5 Star in Great Locatioin

4 of 5
We had a wonderful stay at the London Bridge Flat, which is just a few minutes from London Bridge, Southwark Cathredral, Burrough Market, and Thames River walks. Tower Bridge is an absolutely stunning (take a slight detour to walk along the Thames) 10-15 minute walk away. We walked to Tower of London in about 25 minutes, with plenty of photo stops along the way. Perfect location as you can get anywhere by Tube and flat is in relatively quiet neighborhood with great coffee shops (Link Cafe and Le Petit Bleu) a minute away. The Rose (lively gastro-pub a minute away) serves great food with attentive staff. The apartment was as advertised and came with tons of "traveler extras" (umbrellas, converters, iron, sewing kit, books, hair dryer, coffee) plus utensils, most toiletries, towels, sheets, and dishes. We are in our late 50s and managed the 60+ steps to the flat, but the climb does take your breath away. Apartment was clean, but could use a "refresh" (new paint, new carpet, some updated fixtures), but still very nice. The stairway leading to flat was a bit dingy and not so well kept. By London standards, the location, price, and quality of the flat are a great deal. Kremi and others were very helpful throughout the process. If you are looking for a great place to stay for your London holiday, look no further; however, if you seek high luxury, you may want to look elsewhere. I would definitely go back and I'd recommend to most of my friends.
