Long Overdue Review

5 of 5
There were 6 of us that stayed at Blue Villa back in June of this year to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was close to everything and within walking distance to the pier and the coffee shop but you will need a car to explore what the island really has to offer. It was also less than a 5 minute wok to the beach and some of the best snorkeling on the island. It was like we had our own private oasis! The house was clean and spacious with the exception of the ants in the kitchen area, it just takes a little effort to keep it extra clean by making sure everything is put away. The house is equipped with all the necessary essentials such as plate ware, cookware, all sorts of glassware, beach and bath towels and air-conditioning. The rooms were large and there were two screened in decks. The private pool was a definite plus and was used everyday we were there. Louise was the perfect host and made sure every questions was answered and always responded in a timely manner. She welcomed us with the Turks local brew (which I crave to this day) and always recommend the best places to go. We also really enjoyed our fur-housemate Robinson (the cat) which we renamed shadow. He was the sweetest thing and followed us everywhere, he'd hang with us at the beach, the pool and would wait for us on top of our car every morning. We even ended up picking him up a box of food. I wanted to take him home:-) The trip was absolutly perfect, everyone we met was welcoming and so very friendly! There's no doubt in my mind where I will stay the next time I head to T&C!!

AMAZING !!!!!

5 of 5
Just Fantastic - from the point of arrival until departure. We normally stay in a hotel but took a chance to stay in a house - best bet we have made. The house is absolutely outstanding in everyway. Charlene couldnt have been more helpful and Nicky cooking skills wow. We have already booked again for March.

My favorite island not to mention a terrific home

5 of 5
This was our first time visiting Turks & Caicos and I have to say that it was an extremely impressive experience. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from 15 months to 7 years old and this home suited us perfectly. I can tell that the pictures of the home do not due it justice as it is even more beatiful in person. In a word: Immaculate. First of all the home was amazingly clean. I mean spotless. The furnishings are all in great taste and of superior quality. Nothing about this home feels cheap or out of place. The Beds were very comfortable, the linens were excellent, beach towels were there, clean and ready to use the second we arrived. After traveling with young children it was relief not to have to worry about the house. The gated community and gated property felt very secure and safe. The pool and property outside was just as impressive as the inside. My entire group cannot wait to get back there. The home has a resort like feel with all the privacy you could ever want. The negatives are so minor they are hardly worth mentioning: there are mosquitos on a tropical island in July, no suprises there. Some in my party were more susceptible than others, but by and large if you use spray you will be fine. There are quite a few dogs in the area (all nice and most with collars) but they can be heard barking at night sometimes. We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach (i timed it: 38 seconds drive, and thats with the circle and the speed bump).. We always felt close to everything. We explored the entire island and loved every part of it. The restaurants are superb, the kids loved the Conch Farm and every beach was nicer than the last, truly some of the nicest white sand beaches I have ever seen and they were NEVER crowded. We all universally loved Villa Tropica and cannot wait to stay there again..
