Great condo and great vacation!

5 of 5
We rented Marjorie's condo over Christmas vacation and had a wonderful time. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and the perfect size for our family of 5. It is much larger than it appears in the pictures. We used the full kitchen to make breakfast and lunch and even cooked dinner one night. Jenny and Adrianne took good care of the unit and us during our visit. The condo is about 5 minute walk to the pool and beach, which was gorgeous. We could always find chairs on the beach. The pool area is very nice and we preferred it to the one at the Ocean Club. The tennis courts were also very nice, but bring your own racquets since the ones at the resort are in bad shape. The condo is in walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. We visited Patty's Place twice for ice cream and had a nice dinner at Via Veneto. A must visit is the French bakery (amazing donuts) in the neighboring plaza and if you have a car you must go to Da Conch Shack. We ate there twice, their conch fritters are so good even my picky boys enjoyed them. The restaurant's location is beautiful, you are literally on the beach. We enjoyed Ocean Club West and we would definitely recommend Marjorie's condo to family and friends. It a nice and affordable way to visit Turks and Caicos. We hope to visit again someday!

Beautiful Villa

4 of 5
It was my families second time at Villa Tropica. We were a group of 6 and 8 at some point and the villa was just perfect. It offers lots of space indoors to relax, kick back and enjoy. The gardens around the LARGE pool (with synchronized lights) is beautiful. There is a hammock for two spread between and under the palm trees. The owner has added a pergola over the outdoor dining area which seats 6 to 8 people comfortably. There is also a small cushioned love seat and 2 chairs in the shade to relax. There is a large deck next to pool for sunbathing. The garden surrounding the pool is magnificent. We loved having the 2 adult bikes to take to the beach which is very close to the villa. No hotels to block your view just beautiful stretches of beach await you. Charlene, the manager, is available everyday and takes care of all your needs. She is wonderful and very responsive. Nikki, the housekeeper, is just darling. You can even make arrangements with her to come and cook for you. We made several dinners and the kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal. This is a beautiful home and wonderful for a large group of friends or family. The owner has made some new improvements and continues to do so but everything is just perfect. You will definitely enjoy your stay and all concerned see that you do exactly that. Oh if anyone golfs the golf course is just a 5 minute drive away. Grocery store is just 8 minutes away.

Perfect house, perfect location

5 of 5
Our family included myself, my husband, two teenagers, a tween and my mother in law. We explored every part of the island, snorkeled every beach. The children loved it! They enjoyed the peace and tranquility as did my mother in law, husband and myself! The beaches are beautiful, white sand and basically unoccupied. If you are seeking peace this is the place to go. No crowds or noise, then you can choose to go to the Cruise Center, with the unique little shops and Margaretaville! Or go downtown when the ships are in and enjoy the uniqueness of Cockburn Town. We are home now, planning our return.
