Excellent property

5 of 5
My husband and I recently spent 10 days here with our 3 children (5 & 2 years old & 16 month old). This property was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to amenities, including grocery store, restaurants, bars, bakeries etc. The roadway is well paved and lit for evening strolls. The beach is 5 mins away by foot. The house is very clean and well equipped. There was nothing we needed during our stay. Linda, the property manager, was easily reached by phone when I forgot the entry code to the house :) We will be back and highly recommend for families wanting to self-cater and explore Provo independently.

Beyond Impressed!

5 of 5
I thought for sure that there was no way the rental could meet the expectations that had been set by looking at the pictures and reading the other reviews, but I was very wrong! This place is amazing! We spent most of our time (when we weren't in the pool) relaxing on the screened-in porch. Lounging on the couches and chairs was perfect first thing in the morning or after dinner. The house was just a few minutes walk from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk from restaurants and shopping. We got a taxi from, and back to, the airport but other than that we really did not have a need for a car. We did a few tours that took us around to other parts of the island and the only other time we may have needed a rental was when we wanted to go the Thursday Fish Fry. There are so many things to do within walking distance that we never even thought about not having a car. One of the great things about the house location is that you are a very short walk from the best restaurant on the island, Coco Bistro. We went to plenty of other great restaurants including, Caicos Cafe, Ricky's (now Flamingos), Melt, Via Veneto and a few others. This rental is 100% worth the price and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this house to anyone contemplating a Turks & Caicos vacation!

Great Value

5 of 5
This property is very charming. It is decorated nicely and my friends and I were very comfortable during our stay. The internet service was strong which is something that was very important and convenient for me. It is close to my favorite beach on the island as well...being a kite boarder. We had an awesome time on Long Bay beach and then had some rum punch at the mini golf.... after hours when the golf area is closed. The burgers there were great too! ...we actually walked home at 2am from there! Needless to say I had a blast and will be returning to Peridot Place.
