A Good Grace Bay Value

4 of 5
We have stayed on Grace Bay many times but never at The Grandview, so we knew what to expect from the beach but not the Grandview itself. The condo was really nice, very comfortable and very well decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to get started and be more than comfortable. The owners take great care of their unit and it feels very warm and it is very clean. It was great that it was on the 1st floor so the kids could easily come and go. The pool on the property was really well cared for as well and the hot tub. It is close to a variety of shopping options, grocery and restaurants. You really do need a car though to get to the big IGA and for excursions. The available paddle boards and kayacs were great. There was a real shortage of chairs on the beach on busy days which was stinky but we made it work. There wasn't a good flow of information from Charles prior to arriving which would have been a real challange if we hadn't been to the island previously, but Tarcia took great care of us while we were there. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to a family, it was a really good value.

An Island playground !

5 of 5
What a fantastic property ! My family and I have stayed in great homes over the years, but never have we had 4 new bikes and kayaks available right on site. We went right off the dock out back and down the canal. Others took off down the road on the bikes. But let me back up to our arrival when we were met by PM Charlene . She explained the property. No guessing or hunting for what we needed or how the property worked. She was amazing and it was obvious she enjoyed her job. And yes the property is as described . No shocks, only pleasant surprises like putt golf area or colorful pool lights at night. Property was convenient to stores, marina and restaurants. With Charlene's review of a marked up map we saw the island and ate at great beach restaurants. Then at night wonderful outdoor garden restaurants with great food. All in all we will return to this property and recommend this lovely villa to anyone that wants a luxury place to stay.

Quiet and Relaxing with Incredible Views

5 of 5
If you want a quiet, relaxing beach vacation away from the crowds of the big resorts this is the condo to stay at. It was perfect for us. Very comfortable with all the amenities a rental condo should have. Secluded enough to fully enjoy the beauty of the place yet close to the big resorts and there restaurants and bars. I'm sitting here now trying hard to be balanced and think of something negative about the place but I'm drawing blanks. It was a beautiful spacious condo right on the ocean with a private beach that we had all to ourselves. Morning breakfast drinks on the balcony. Swimming in the beautiful blue waters in front of the condo. Laying in the sun on the beach in the comfy lounge chairs. Relaxing in the hot tub. Recovering from, too much sun and maybe a little booze, on a comfy couch watching a big screen TV. The place even had a Keurig! I can't imagine a better rental condo on all of Provo so we won't even bother looking. We will be staying here on our next visti!
