An Absolute Home Away from Home

                        4 of 5
Our stay at Adam and Eve Villa was truly one to remember. This villa had the whole works.......the game of Golf, some water sports in the pool: we even took turn riding the bicycle while the other followed in the car with the little one amongst other activities (trust me we really did enjoy). Its everything one could dream of in a villa home and that's why we felt right "at home". We would definitely return. Our daughter was in another world.........she totally took it for her own home. Over all I would say its a family oriented place and would recommend for any large close-knitted group. Thanks again Char, you are doing great things...............

                        TRUE PARADISE VACATION

                        5 of 5
Stayed here April 8th to 15th, 2014, 5 couples renting both cottages. Tatum & Wesley were on top of everything we needed, and quick to take care of any issues we came across. As we were 10 adults, they sent a Taxi Van to pick us up at the airport. Our driver Skipper even stopped at the Wine Cellar on the way to let us pick up our "beverages". When we arrived at the cottages, our 2 cars were there. Tatum & Wesley were quick to get us a van to replace one of the smaller cars, as we had a few larger men in our group. The cottages were perfect, except for the pull down stairs for the loft bedrooms (Tatum said they are preparing to fix this issue in the near future) Having "Taban" living next door was a treat. He took care of our beach (raking each morning), making sure there was wood in our firepit, and even went to get our water bottles filled for our dispenser. Mid week, our cottages were cleaned, sheet/towels etc changed. Just a great, easy going week. Don't think I would rent out just one cottage as you are quite close to the other cottage and you would have to share the beach, fire pit and pool with strangers (not my thing/enjoy my privacy). Restaurants: Da Conch Shack in Blue Hill, Tiki Hut in Turtle Cove, Jim's Dive Shop in GraceBay. Took TCI Ferry to North & Middle Caicos, not worth the ride Must check out Malcolm Beach area, NorthWest Point and with a 4 wheel drive, Osprey/Bone Fish point. It was a pleasant trip, nothing missing, would come back again with a group.

AMAZING VACATION - perfect Grace Bay location, beautiful and clean condo steps from the beach

                        5 of 5
We just returned from an amazing week at The Grandview for Spring Break with two daughters (18 and 15). This was my second time to Turks and Caicos. The first time I stayed at Seven Stars and wanted to come back with the family for vacation. This condo couldn't have been more perfect ! It is spotless and well appointed with all that you could need. It is very spacious and has a crisp, clean feel. The kitchen was clean with new appliances, cabinets and stocked with all essentials. When we were at the condo , we spent most of the time in the screened in porch which overlooked the patio and had a view of the sunset. But most of the time we spent on the beach which is only steps away. The advantage of the first floor unit was the easy access to the pool and beach right out of the porch door. This condo gives you the feel of being in one of the big resorts without the crowd or the cost and you are closer to the beach than you would be in any of the resorts which are set back from the water. Grace Bay Club is right next door to the left where we went for lunch a few times. To the right is Royal West Indies where we went to get frozen drinks for the beach. It is an easy walk ( 1 mile) to the grocery store and small shops for ice cream and shopping. We used the paddle board and some of the swim rafts. My girls appreciated being able to have so many different places to go and relax - the beach, the pool, the hammock etc…I think the feel of the condo is much larger and brighter than the pictures show. The master bath is enormous. There was a nice feeling of community among the residents/guests. I recommend this property to anyone looking for the feel of a top Grace Bay resort without the crowds and cost !
