i was very impressed

5 of 5
my overall experience with Patrick and Shirley were amazing!!! I see both of them as my extended family that I never had. The place was described exactly as Shown also they mad sure I got to the residence safely coming too and going back to the airport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience of the Caribbean!!!I will continue to go back and stay their, they definitely went out of their way to make you feel right at home!!! I only wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Go for It - with confidence !!

5 of 5
Clean, neat, no frills and an ideal size for 2 sharing. Timely pick-up from airport by good Manager Dave, with very helpful stop-off at local supermarket to get initial basic provisions before arriving at house for first time. House has a comprehensive file of advice on virtually everything of interest to holiday-makers (e.g. detailed ratings for local restaurants and all main beaches on the island, accurate ratings for off-shore dives etc. etc.) which proved to be a very useful supplement to Dave's initial advice. Castara is probably the best place/area to stay on the island - locals are extremely friendly and nearby beaches (e.g. Englishman's Bay, Parlatuvier and Little Bay in Castara itself) are arguably the best and/or most easily accessed on the island. Eating out is very affordable/good value for money. Morning and late afternoon views from the house are to die for, made even better by the frequent sightings of 3 types of hummingbird - one pair of which are nesting in clear view above/left of the main deck. Surrounding gardens are well maintained and it is well worth taking at least one walk up the local access road (Miss Mills Trail) for easy access to see wild-life in the lower forest area. Use of hire car is practically essential for the whole of the stay.

BEST HOUSE TO STAY IN WHILE IN TRINIDAD!!!!!!

5 of 5
This house is literally in the best neighborhood with the best views!! We were part of The Pierre Family reunion and this accommodation was home away from home. Very Clean and very very Cool. The pictures were accurate and the Customer Service was above and beyond expectation! Allyson, Thank you for your time and consideration! Her guidance was greatly appreciated! Her efforts to make us comfortable were tireless. I am suggesting this home to all family and friends for their stay in Trinidad! We could walk to the grocery store or to the waterfront for fresh blue crab and shrimp. Check out cupcakes at Dolce Desserts, SourSop ice cream from beautiful lady at the gas station in Muenster Point, Doubles at the truck/Cross Center Crossing, fresh fish-crab-shrimp at waterfront near General hospital, La Brea Pitch Lake/one of the wonders of the world, ferry to Tobago, Emancipation Day Parade in Port of Spain, strolling the neighborhood and picking mangoes & sugar cane, making limeade with limes in the backyard, local "fire water" to relax--lol, the sound of exotic birds waking you up.....THERE IS NO END TO THE GREAT EXPERIENCES AT THIS PROPERTY. We even hosted a brunch for our family and they all enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunset over the Gulf of Paria. The sunsets!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rae, your home made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. Knowing at the end of the event filled days, we were going home to a clean, cool and quiet house made our stay even more special. Thank you for your hospitality!!
