Breathtaking view

4 of 5
We arrived in the middle of the night and literally woke up in PARADISE. It's exactly as pictured but somehow seeing it in person just took our breath away. We really enjoyed our stay the villa, spent most of our days driving around the island exploring all the beautiful beaches and towns along the way. We were completely amazed at the facilities at most of the beaches and overall how clean Tobago was compared to other Caribbean islands we've visited. The Villa is basically a 1 room cabin with a large bathroom attached, a large bright shower. It was fully stocked with extra sheets and loads of towels and some basic supplies for cooking, all the appliances were modern and new. My hubby was quite happy to have such a firm bed for two weeks. We met some lovely people in Castara and one of the highlights was the fishing tour that we went on with Errol Roach, highly recommended, we caught dozens of fish and had some dolphins come and swim with the boat, truly the best part for me. We spent most of our evenings dining in Castara and enjoyed wonderful local meals even lucky enough to have caught a few shows with steel drums. We loved Marguarites, Chenno's, Boathouse and Almond tree. We stayed in a few nights to stargaze and cooked fresh fish from the beach from the local fishermen.... The only minor suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have a BBQ or grill to cook on, we were surprised there wasn't one, but made do. Overall we loved our stay on the island, and felt safe on our own. The cabin is quite isolated although there are other houses on the hill we hardly ever saw anyone in our two weeks there. David was fabulous to deal with and we loved that they had a book full of suggestions and advice on things to see in the cabin, they even provided a cell phone for local calls while in Tobago, very thoughtful. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven on earth with us Nancy & Avtar

BEST HOUSE TO STAY IN WHILE IN TRINIDAD!!!!!!

5 of 5
This house is literally in the best neighborhood with the best views!! We were part of The Pierre Family reunion and this accommodation was home away from home. Very Clean and very very Cool. The pictures were accurate and the Customer Service was above and beyond expectation! Allyson, Thank you for your time and consideration! Her guidance was greatly appreciated! Her efforts to make us comfortable were tireless. I am suggesting this home to all family and friends for their stay in Trinidad! We could walk to the grocery store or to the waterfront for fresh blue crab and shrimp. Check out cupcakes at Dolce Desserts, SourSop ice cream from beautiful lady at the gas station in Muenster Point, Doubles at the truck/Cross Center Crossing, fresh fish-crab-shrimp at waterfront near General hospital, La Brea Pitch Lake/one of the wonders of the world, ferry to Tobago, Emancipation Day Parade in Port of Spain, strolling the neighborhood and picking mangoes & sugar cane, making limeade with limes in the backyard, local "fire water" to relax--lol, the sound of exotic birds waking you up.....THERE IS NO END TO THE GREAT EXPERIENCES AT THIS PROPERTY. We even hosted a brunch for our family and they all enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunset over the Gulf of Paria. The sunsets!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rae, your home made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. Knowing at the end of the event filled days, we were going home to a clean, cool and quiet house made our stay even more special. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Fantastic vacation at Villa Nirvana, Tobago

5 of 5
Staying at Villa Nirvana is much more than the perfect vacation away from home. The villa is well equiped with all necessary amenities. It is very clean and tidy and well kept. The private rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each room provides a spectacular view of the ocean and Buccoo Reef. The plunge pool is just a step out from the main level bedroom and living/family room and is a great for the whole family (any ages) to sit around and relax. We have stayed at Villa Nirvana on several occassions and always felt safe in this secured environment. We highly recommend taking a vacation at Villa Nirvana in Tobago.
