Perfect Romantic Getaway

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed during New Year's week. The grounds are lovely; the house is fully stocked; the bed is comfortable; and the parking is convenient. The fireplace in the bedroom added comfort and charm. Margaret and Dan are very gracious hosts. Will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Location!

4 of 5
My daughter and I stayed here during her Texas Tech orientation. It's just as described -- very convenient to campus, but private with great off-street parking. I walked to all the various parent orientation sessions within 15-20 minutes. The cottage is comfortable, well appointed and very cozy -- space is a premium, but it's exceptionally well used. The bathroom is small, but clean and adequate. Another reviewer noted that the lower ceilings in parts of the cottage might be a challenge to those 6 ft. tall and over, but give the cottage a try. Thank you, Don, for making this unique property available.
