The House was even better than advertised . . .

5 of 5
Beautiful house, gorgeous property! My family came down from Michigan for a wedding, and we had 8 people stay very comfortably, and were able to entertain and BBQ around the pool. More than enough space for everyone. Close to Dripping Springs, Wimberly, Perdanales State Park, Salt Lick BBQ and Hamilton Pool; super quiet and the stars at night told us we were in Texas. Highly recommend. Everyone who stayed or visited had nothing but compliments for the house and location.

Perfect Getaway

5 of 5
We were looking for a place to getaway to celebrate our first anniversary. After inquiring about availability - I had an immediate response. From that point forward, Jeff literally was available for any random question that crossed my mind. I wanted to plan a special dinner for our anniversary - and Jeff suggested a personal chef in the area - Susan Bellows -who made our night unforgettable! The house was a perfect mix of rustic and modern. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable and accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. We had amazing weather our first 2 days - and literally lounged around the pool at our leisure - a private oasis. In the afternoon we sipped wine at the outdoor bar/kitchen - watched tv on the big screen and played scrabble as our dogs explored the area. We did not opt for the pool to be heated for our use (in feb) however - the hot tub was amazing. We simply texted Jeff 20 minutes before we wanted to use it - and he remotely turned it on. After our delicious dinner was prepared in the kitchen and served to us in the dining room - we moved outside to the fire pit and enjoyed the stars and fresh air. Overall - Coffee Grounds is multi-functional - from a wedding party for 150 people to an anniversary getaway by ourselves.....it fits the bill. You couldn't ask for a more responsive and caring owner. Jeff - thanks for making our first anniversary unforgettable!
