Our family had a great weekend. The property is spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed dinner in front of the outside fireplace and loved the cottage. We are definitely coming back.

Anniversary Stay @ Bella Vista

5 of 5
The cottage truly surpassed our expectations! So cozy, so clean , so inviting! Interior and exterior atmosphere ' s will keep us coming back. The owners truly have worked hard to show their application of their guests! Freda the cat was a BIG hit to hang out with.

Glamping on the Guadalupe

5 of 5
We stayed two nights for a relaxing girls bachelorette "Glamping" trip, which stands for glamorous camping. All the perks of camping, without the hassle! These tipis fit the theme perfectly! The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the tipis are very spacious. The only complaint is the website listed less amenities than were actually available, but it may vary by tipi. We ended up bringing things we didn't need, which is hardly a complaint! We were in #5 and we had some unexpected amenities: three queen sized beds plus a sleeper sofa; coffee maker with coffee; bathroom had the towels replenished the second day; a hair dryer was in the bathroom; and both a grill and a fire pit were provided, along with many chairs. It is a bit confusing knowing where to park, and the walking route to the restrooms is right in front of other tipi's, which can make it slightly awkward. The scenery is perfect, and the river property is gorgeous. We also had perfect weather that weekend! We didn't use the TV, as we spent most of our time outside around the fire. The AC kept our tipi comfortable. The clubhouse is really nice and the entire campsite would be perfect for a family reunion or a multi-family camping trip. Mike was wonderful to work with and he answered all of my endless questions promptly and politely. Overall, we had an amazing girls weekend! This place is a gem and I hope I can make it back someday!
