The listing description and pictures are very accurate. The owner/manager responded immediately to all of my questions - she was very helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend or relative, and would stay in this unit again.
This condo is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beach. The two pools were nice also with wonderful tropical landscaping. The balcony was fantastic for relaxing under the stars with the ocean breeze. There was plenty of room for 8 of us - four adults and four children – we never felt crowded. The condo has been updated and the decorations are lovely. There are tons of sand and beach toys in the condo, so don't buy extra. I would absolutely recommend staying at this condo!
I do have a few suggestions that could make your stay even better: 1) bring your own pillows - the beds are super comfortable, but I found the pillows lacking 2) bring your own beach towels - the bath towels are excellent quality, but since this not a hotel, there's no housekeeping to replace the bath towels if you use them at the beach (you can wash if needed) 3) bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap - again since there's no housekeeping these items are not replaced 4) if you plan to use the sofa bed, bring a foam pad or an extra cushion cover because it's a spring-coil mattress with no padding, and you can feel all the coils. I think it would be hard for one adult to sleep on it as is. If you intend to put an adult on the sofa bed - bring a foam mattress pad! (Luckily we only intended to put one young child on the sofa mattress, so instead we took the cushions off the couch and made a make-shift bed on the floor and she slept fine. 5) the air intake vent was very dirty during our stay, it didn't bother us, but you might want to inquire with the manager if anyone in your party could be bothered by that (note that the A/C worked great).
In the end, we had a fabulous time and our only regret is not staying a day or two longer! (ps - check out the turtle rescue across the street from the Tiki condos - very cool!)
