Really a Class Act

5 of 5
Wife and I spent Christmas week in this beautifully designed beach home directly on the beach. Even if kind of cold the hot tub was enjoyed as well as sitting on the decks overlooking the Gulf. The home was furnished with ample kitchen utensils as well as dishwasher, food disposal, micro and other smaller appliances. You could tell the owner took pride in the maintenance and overall condition of the rental. You are about 17 miles out of Galveston but close to local cafes and food outlets. Gas was reasonable at the Chevron about 5 mi from the . The owner responded to us via text for a minor question that we had concerning the shutters. We traveled not a great distance to the outlet mall in Texas city as well as seeing a seasonal show at Moody Gardens and at the Opera House. It was very peaceful this time of year. We had a week of relaxation and rest as well as being able to enjoy the Creator's handiwork of nature during the Christmas season. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys the extra quality that the place offers. Really a Class Act.

Awesome for Family Getaway

5 of 5
We wanted to get away with our children and grandchildren, and this was the perfect choice. There was enough room for everyone, and the children loved all the space. Great responsiveness from the staff. The wrap-around porch was a highlight for us. It was so nice and cool to sit there in the evening and visit. We would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to enjoy family time away from the norm.
