Great house for adults and children.

5 of 5
We stayed for 5 days along with two grandsons and our grown daughter. It was wonderful and relaxing. The boys enjoyed everything about the property. We went to Round Top fo a great day of shopping and eating. Kids went to Blue Bell (of course) and to a farm. They loved the pool. I must say my favorite thing was the wonderful birds that were nested on the porch. Every morning I sat on the porch, watched the mist rolling in across the pasture, and spent time with those wonderful birds. We love to cook so my daughter and I truly enjoyed the wonderful kitchen. When we started to leave, our younger grandson cried and did not want to leave! Every weekend he is still asking when he can go back to the "yellow" house. Looks like a future booking will happen.

Lovely, with a slight case of envy :-)

5 of 5
Lots of family in town for a family wedding and we needed a place close by for overflow. Was happy to find this property so close to us, that way we could easily spend time with everyone. Those who stayed at the house just LOVED it and the rest of us suffered a slight case of envy wishing we could stay there as well. The property is beautiful and the house is inviting and cozy (spotlessly clean too!). When we are in need of a rental house we will definitely be going back to the pecan orchard!! Thanks to Brian and Jo for the warm welcome!

Beautiful, Peaceful, Convenient

5 of 5
My husband and I had a conference in San Antonio and decided to stay at a rental rather than a hotel. This property was just wonderful. It is on 3 beautifully landscaped acres with a great pool and various sitting areas. There were deer in the yard each morning and evening along with a couple of truly cuddly Golden Retrievers. The unit had two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, two living areas and a large laundry room where we put our dog crate. The kitchen was well appointed. The owner was friendly and accessible. Our daughter and grandson joined us during our stay and we spent a couple of days at Sea World and Aquatica. The location was convenient to the Medical Center, to downtown, and to Sea World. It was actually close to a major road but felt like the middle of a small country town. There was even a Buddhist garden across the street. I highly recommend this rental and we plan to stay here again.
