Definitely Austin-like living. Cool & bohemian.

First impression coming up on the house was where is it?Then upon driving down the steep driveway we see a shack like structure and immediately panicked, did we just get fooled?! However, you are in for a great surprise when walk down to the actual home, wow. Gorgeous inside, cool and weird just like Austin. The "shack-like" structure turned out to be a very nice guest house that some of our student organization officers preferred to stay in. The only constructive criticism I have on the house is that the placement of the beds was a little awkward and we wished there had been a fire-pit in the backyard. The backyard is pretty large, but with nothing to do back there, we didn't really use it. Overall it was a lovely home and the owner was very pleasant and even let us stay an extra 2 hrs! I would recommend this home to a group of people looking for some good bonding. If you're just wanting to have fun I would recommend staying somewhere closer to 6th street or right on a lake.

              Perfect Hill Country Property

              5 of 5
You get what you pay for at the Alexandra Ranch. Secluded but less than 15 minutes to Comfort or Luckenbach. Top notch kitchen/grill & entertainment facilities surrounded by rustic Hill Country. Extremely comfortable with expansive views. We stayed in early May and barely needed a/c due to the well designed house which provides shade and catches whatever breeze exists. Patio area around the pool is much larger than pictured with large outdoor dining area. Filled our needs for an adult weekend for 5-6 couples. Worth every penny.
