Small on Space, Perfect on Location!

                5 of 5
Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented Griff's Place A for me and 5 of my girlfriends for the weekend. While it does sleep 6, it's a tight fit. And 6 girls sharing one bathroom was quite comical. But the location and affordable price were well worth it! We were a short walk from the Comal River, several parks, tube rental places and of course, Schlitterbahn. You really can't beat the location. But the driveway is pretty small and since Griff's Place B was also being rented out, my unit was only allowed one parking spot. But my friends parked their cars at the River City Resorts office for free, so that was nice. The unit had a cabin like feel, so if you're looking for upscale and new, keep looking. The furniture and decor are pretty dated. Overall, I think this is a great rental for a small family or small group of less than 6. Someday when I have kids, I'd love to bring them back here!
