Totally Relaxing!

5 of 5
This house is so comfy and cozy! The back porch and yard area is so peaceful - right on the water. The house is 'in town' but very much has 'cozy cabin' feel to it. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with us during our stay (very cold and wet), so we didn't get to take full advantage of the dock down by the water and the cozy back porch hammock. I'm certain it would be absolutely perfect on a nice warm sunny day. Since we couldn't spend much time outdoors, we spent plenty of time just relaxing indoors and decompressing from the busy holiday months! We had every TV channel we could have wanted on the Dish network. WiFi was also nice to have! The King sized bed was super cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and obviously well-maintained. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by and easy to get to. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a free community Christmas Lights walking tour in the park on the other side of the river. Our kids really enjoyed it! There is also a fun looking skateboard park in town - the kids wished they had brought their skateboards! Our biggest adventure was a trip to Enchanted Rock, which was a very easy drive from the house. We made it to the top just in time before the weather really got cold and rainy. We very much enjoyed our stay and spending some time in the Hill Country.

Gorgeous!!!

What an amazing getaway for anyone/everyone who wants a little slice of the Texas Hill Country. This amazing house and property is close to Krause Springs, Opie's BBQ, some local vineyards, and so much more. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet retreat or a lot of wonderful activity. The house was clean and comfortable and VERY inviting. GO NOW!
