          Family Getaway

          5 of 5
What a beautiful setting for a lovely and exceptionally well kept home. The furnishing were in fantastic shape, just like you had move into a new home. That end of Lake of the Pines is quiet. The house sits on the water at the end of a lake road of other quiet homes. The tall pines sing in the light wind and if you're real quiet on the deck, the deer come up to feed right in the back yard. The home is very clean and open with a spacious kitchen and nice sized den. And, you gotta love the screened in porch or the back deck in the evening or with your morning coffee. The owners are the best. We'll be back real soon to fish off the boat dock.

          Much needed get-a-way

          5 of 5
This is a lovely cabin. It is clean, and very nicely furnished. The beds are comfy too. Its location makes it easy to visit several small towns nearby. Jefferson is especially interesting. Lots of history, in addition to antiques and shopping. There are 2 marinas nearby to rent boats and deal with fishing needs. T The kitchen was fully equipped, just bring your food. We ate every meal out, and found lots of fun and different places to eat in Jefferson. Donna was right next door if we needed anything, but we didn't. The area is very quiet, and we saw deer almost every day. There is Direct TV for those who can not miss their favorite shows. I would like to have a family get together here in the future, so I would recommend this cabin.
