Cottage 1

5 of 5
Scrupulously clean, even the windows. Tastefully decorated. Amenities plentiful and modern. (Don't look like they came from a thrift shop.) Taste of Italy was superb. Well maintained. Very scenic. Lots of lakes around. Private. Only complaints-- no land line and cell phones don't work. Bed pretty uncomfortable. Maybe it has just been around too long. We rent a cabin/cottage somewhere different each year and this one ranks right up there.

Peaceful and clean

5 of 5
Wife, self and in laws along w our 13 yr old blind cocker had a great time in this quiet and pieceful setting. Beautiful view from front deck of a wonderful quiet lake complimented by good facilities for fishing. Plenty of room for our family and all the furnishing and utentials we could want. Immaculate housekeeping. Very pleasant decoration. Our call of the wild got interupted by a call from a sick relative at home so we had to cut our visit short. We give the cabin high praise. TL

Family Getaway

5 of 5
What a beautiful setting for a lovely and exceptionally well kept home. The furnishing were in fantastic shape, just like you had move into a new home. That end of Lake of the Pines is quiet. The house sits on the water at the end of a lake road of other quiet homes. The tall pines sing in the light wind and if you're real quiet on the deck, the deer come up to feed right in the back yard. The home is very clean and open with a spacious kitchen and nice sized den. And, you gotta love the screened in porch or the back deck in the evening or with your morning coffee. The owners are the best. We'll be back real soon to fish off the boat dock.
