Cute, cozy, natural, peaceful stay

5 of 5
This casita is a beautiful little place for a quiet stay in a wonderfully natural property. Was perfect for my wife and I. There is a double bed and a futon, so ideal for 1-3 people. There are roads and paths for hiking, and it's very quiet. Birds, rain, trees--very nice. We'll be back!

Wonderful !!!

The stay was fabulous and the amenities proved to be even more than we had anticipated. The view from the cabin was wonderful in the evening as we gathered by the fire pit . Our stay at The Cabin was fabulous!!! GC

Very remote hideaway!

5 of 5
We enjoyed our stay and Gary and Renee were nice hosts. This property is extremely remote--we liked being away from the city lights where you can hear the crickets chirp, the birds sing, and see the night sky. There are very few pet-friendly lodgings in this area, so we were happy to find this place with a fenced yard for our dog. There is NO internet service which is nice if you want an "unplugged" hide-away. Note: the access road to the property is a bumpy dirt road with a ruts in it and no lights, so take it slow (but it's a deterrent, I'm sure, to drag racers). We had a nice visit with the hosts donkey and goats, too. Gary is building another cabin nearby, so it will be a nice place for a multi-family retreat.
