Recent Dripping Springs Reviews

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Gorgeous views.

5 of 5
Our son & his new wife got married at Camp Lucy. Stayed here for the weekend. It'a a ten minute drive away. Clean, comforable - with more than the necessary amenities. Gorgeous views of the Hill Country. Even though the rental is near the owners' home, we had plenty of privacy. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The owner was readily available by email, and very accomodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone attending a wedding at Camp Lucy. Only drawback is one bathroom, but a large, framed mirror in each bedroom could easily mitigate that problem.

Wedding Oasis

5 of 5
This is a beautiful newly constructed home in the hill country of Texas. We were so excited to find it instead of staying in a hotel for three nights to attend a family wedding. There is lots of room for everyone and amenities for all ages. I appreciated their being a bathroom with shower in each of the four rooms. Of course the pool was a hit with the kids and the outdoor fire place was a hit with the entire family (great for s'mores) when it became chilly and rainy. The owner, Mark, was attentive to our hospitality yet not intrusive to our privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and basic necessities. Our stay was very peaceful in the quiet of the country, yet we were closer to wedding venue (Camp Lucy) then others that stayed at hotels.

Relaxing

5 of 5
Had a very relaxing stay. House was clean and the view from the house was beautiful especially at sunset. What stood out most was that it was a very well stocked house from toiletries to the pantry.
