          Wonderful

          5 of 5
The property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything you needed was right there. It was cozy and comfortable, beautifully decorated. Alta was wonderful and ready to help in any way she could. The golf cart was a hit with us and we drove every inch of the resort. We were welcomed by Alta to use her water toys whenever we wanted. The whole holiday was relaxing and a great experience. We would return to Alta and this townhouse any time and I would recommend it to anyone.

          Great family vacation home

          5 of 5
If you are looking for a great family vacation home then this is the place. The house was wonderful and if the grandkids couldn't find me they soon knew to look on the deck to find me relaxing while watching the birds and crazy squirrels eatting out of the bird feeder! All the little extras to make it a totally enjoyable family vacation for us right down to the snowcone maker and the darling little ice cream cone bowls to put them in. The kids loved the "hunt" they had for more games...every closet, cabinet, shelf and drawer seemed to have more toys for them to discover and play with. They loved the riding toys that made the bad weather times fun (and it rained everyday). Even the 3+ hours we were without electricity was enjoyable as we took the kids down to play under the house on the paved area. On our evening stolls around the neighborhood we enjoyed seeing all the deer. We met the neighbors on both sides of us who gave us pointers on where to fish and where the best place was to ski and swim. We sandwiched a lot of wonderful memories in between the thunder and lightning shows and had an absolutely great time at the Rustic Treehouse.

beautiful and great people to work with

          5 of 5
My Husband, sister in law, brother in law and I rented this beautiful home on Lake Livingston in 2005 for 2 months... it's a quiet community with everything you could want, pool, exercise room, clubhouse, marina, golf course. The accomodations had everything you could need. Close to town for last minute grocery shopping and not that far to anything else you wanted to see. Houston was about a 45 minute drive. It was across the street from a beautiful park area too...
