Great Place on the Guadalupe

5 of 5
The description of the property and grounds here are exactly as stated. Great decks, riverfront, and very clean. We had a great weekend getaway, there was not one thing we needed that was not provided. It's a great spot with the dam on the river here, always water for kayaking up river. We were here the last weekend of October, the drive up River Road to Gruene was fantastic. Would stay again, and definitely refer to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay. Nice, clean condo. Simple, but has what you need. Great location and quite neighborhood. Worked out perfectly for us! We would stay there again.

Best location possible!!!

I couldn't be happier! We booked this for a a large group of friends (18 or so). The house itself was excellent. Awesome porch overlooking the Guadalupe river. It shares a parking lot with Dixie bar and grill and it's a 2 minute walk to get down to the river. Probably 7 minute walk to whitewater amplitheater. Also within walking distance was a 7-11. It's just across the street from dixie... like 3 minutes away. So we had a bar, gas station (food, cigarettes, beer, ice, etc.), whitewater (concert venue) and a river all within about a 2-7 minute walking distance. Which is perfect. We got there on a Friday and our car stayed parked until Sunday when we left! Mercy was the owner and she was the easiest person to deal with. We will be annual visitors to this house!
