Perfect cozy stay during SXSW

5 of 5
The Garner Hideout was the perfect spot for my girlfriend and I to spend five days during SXSW. It was just hidden enough away from the madness of downtown, but still only a five minute cab ride from that area. Also only five or so minutes to South Congress, and literally right around the corner from all the good stuff on Barton Springs Road. The space itself was exactly what we needed and nothing more. A cute little studio space with a comfy bed. Just perfect. And the couple that rent the home are such nice people, it really creates a warm atmosphere. Would totally stay here again. Thanks!

Best Place in Austin

5 of 5
I stayed here for the first time in November for my birthday. It was my first stay in Austin. The Tree Top Serenity is the perfect little getaway place to stay. Carolyn responded quickly to all correspondence and was incredibly easy to work with. The apartment was exactly as was listed. Very clean. Nicely furnished. Beautiful neighborhood, and it even had it's own little private balcony and "backyard" that included a little sitting area tucked away for privacy. The neighborhood is quiet so this is not a place to throw a party. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will absolutely stay here any time I visit this wonderful city. Also note it was very close to downtown. The drive took a total of about 6-10 minutes depending on traffic!!

Cute clean convenient and comfy!

5 of 5
This was a great house for two couples we enjoyed being able to walk to rainy street and downtown. The backyard was great to soak up some sun while drinking coffee. The thermostats took a little bit to figure out and the toilet paper hidden above the fridge was hard to find, but a note on those two issues would be great. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to austin, comfy beds, convenient, clean and cute!
