Exciting and interesting Austin rental

5 of 5
We chose Charla's duplex because of its proximity to the ACL music festival and the fact the she allowed us to bring our pups. Our stay was very comfortable and Charla was very prompt in answering any questions or requests we had of her. In addition to how welcoming and clean the house was when we arrived, it was also a walkable distance to the shops and restaurants on Congress Ave! I totally recommend this rental property.

Wonderful

5 of 5
We had a great time at the cottage and everything worked out well! Our only complaint was that perhaps the coffee pot needs to be replaced since it takes a very long time to brew. Also if there had been some kleenex boxes available that would have been helpful. The only other problems were we did not have access to the fitness facilities and when we played golf we had been told the price was $75 and then we were charged $125 per person. We felt they should have honored their original quote. The course was worth $125 however!! We had a marvelous time at Lakeside! Kay Schroeder

Couldn't Have Been More Perfect!

5 of 5
We couldn't have loved our stay more! Thank you, Emily, for the extra touches everywhere...a gas grill, a few toys for the kids, wine and cookies on the table when we arrived, organic 'beer' shampoo/homemade soap, etc. There were noticeable little touches everywhere that made the whole experience of staying at the Bunting House that much better. The house itself was comfortable and inviting. We stayed there with 2 kids (a 3 year old and a 11 month old) and there was plenty of room. While at the house, we spent most of our time out on the large porch or walking around the house and property. The kitchen was equipped with just the right essentials. And, we were able to find a movie on your Netflix for one of the nights. One of the other fun parts of staying here was the gate to the amazing (and unique) brickoven pizza place and brewery next door. We will definitely be recommending the Tipping T to friends and family, and hope to visit again someday!
