Relaxing Retreat in Austin

5 of 5
My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Nina's guest house. The location is nestled on the hills of west Austin with very quick access to the Colorado River and Common Ford hiking trails. Downtown is conveniently only 20 minutes away as well. Nina is the ultimate hostess providing fresh flowers upon arrival and two welcome baskets. One basket with yummy treats wine, cheese, crackers, chocolate, etc and one providing breakfast with fresh fruit, cinnamon bread, muffins and juice. The setting is very peaceful with deer wandering through the property in the mornings. We slept well each night in one of the most comfortable beds ever.

Lovely elevated cabin on the river

5 of 5
What a lovely, peaceful treehouse right on the river! It had a remote feeling while being close enough to pop over to Bastrop to shop, do some wine tasting, and enjoy delicious tacos before returning to relax and chat on the porch. Nicely decorated, luxurious shower, soft sheets and good quality beds, equipped kitchen with lovely stoneware for our cheese and crackers. I went for a girls' weekend with a friend, and I'd love to go back with my family sometime. Definitely recommend it!

Our whole family looks forward to going back here for another amazing getaway!!!

We enjoyed all of the services...personal yoga classes, personal training AND Thai Massage! These were performed by the property managers Bethany and Travis who are welcoming, fun and cool people! They made us all feel welcome and comfortable. The property and cabins were not only architecturally awesome and well-thought-out...but were spotless and comfortable! Will definitely be going back!
