A cozy charmer indeed!

5 of 5
Could not have asked for a better experience. My wife, dog, and I were in town for a wedding and were looking to stay some where close to the downtown area. After many days on travel and rental sites we came across Homeaway and this gem of a place and immediately called to book once we saw it was close to what we wanted to do and experience (dog parks, lady bird lake, medici coffee, and great restaurants). Being new to this service we were hesitant on the process but David was great to work with as he made quick responses to our questions and compromised on terms to fit our needs which went along way for our plans. We hardly used our car and walked everywhere. The place accommodated everything we needed and the owners were great and wonderful people. David was so nice of a person he let me talk his ear off so much my wife made me apologize for imposing so David I am sorry for doing so :) Once again thank you very much for inviting us into your home.

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient

5 of 5
The Parker is beautiful and ideally located. The beds are so comfy, and the decor is lovely. We really appreciated how the manager communicated with us and checked in several times to make sure we arrived okay and that we had everything we needed. We enjoy the attention to detail and the little touches that made it feel like a model home and not a hotel. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, but it looked beautiful, and we loved the courtyard. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, including a Starbucks (yay!) and if you want to shop for groceries, go to the Central Market. It's huge and has a lot of organic food and pre-made meals. We liked how tucked away and secure the property feels, and yet it's very convenient to University of Texas, downtown, and all the major roads. We had a lovely week here, and we hope we'll get a chance to enjoy it again sometime.
