            Cozy Charmer

            5 of 5
Perfectly suited our needs for a weekend visit with grandchildren. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend the Lemon Garden to friends and family.

A great house in a great location!

            5 of 5
This South Congress House was the perfect place for our summer vacation (six adults). Master bedroom has a nice adjoining bathroom with a spacious shower, and both guest bedrooms sat nicely between a shared bathroom. The home had two open living spaces with a large kitchen and dining room. Oh, and I almost forgot, there's a relaxing outdoor patio with a table and chairs. As for the location, it's situated in a nice, cozy neighborhood that's quiet and safe. It's just a couple of blocks from both South Congress Ave (a block away from the start of the So Co area at the top of the hill) and two blocks from First St (in the opposite direction) where there are some great cafes and food trucks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would visit again if we found ourselves in Austin, TX.

            quiet peacefull apartment

            5 of 5
This is a very nicely furnished apartment. The main thing we liked about it was the privacy and quiet. It is close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants and a convenience store. We would definitely stay here again
