Hidden, Relaxing and Lovely

5 of 5
The property is nestled in the beautiful hills area of Austin that is a must see. The guesthouse shares the lot with Claudias mainhouse and charming pottery studio but yet, it retains its privacy well. The room is cozy and efficient with a modern upgrade. Perfect for a couple that enjoys nature integrated with comfortable living. Claudia is a gracious host and we felt very comfortable with her around, although we hardly ran into her during our 2 night visit. She let us use her charming custom swimming pool that resembles a fountain/pool you may see outside a fancy building but it's surrounded instead by a cozy shaded area complete with hammock and lounge chairs. Be sure to check out her pottery studio if you can catch her there so you may appreciate all the beautiful ceramics she's placed all over the property including the cottage. Excellent stay and we will definitely return if we are visiting Austin again. Thanks Claudia!! :) -Phoebe and Amir

We loved the location and the layout of the house.

5 of 5
We loved this house. My family had a really good time. We spend most of our day in the cottage just relaxing and cooking. In the afternoons we would go for a walk or go swimming in the pool. The cottage was nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable made us want to sleep in all day. Me and my family highly recommend this cottage. The Owners were super nice and always answered any of my questions. We had booked this cottage for 3 nights but when we arrived we felt so much like home that my husband and my 2 kids insisted in staying an extra night.

Perfect Family Vacation and Wedding

5 of 5
We decided to rent in The Hollows because our daughter was getting married at Villa Antonia and this resort area was located so close to the venue. Our party consisted of my husband and I, my daughter and her husband and their seven month old baby and golden retriever and my other daughter the bride to be. It was just perfect. Each of our groups had their own bedroom with their own bathroom. This home is completely stocked with more than enough linens, all kitchen needs for eating and entertaining at home and very comfortable furniture and beds. Nothing is missing. We enjoyed the deck off the back of the house each evening or in the morning for breakfast. The resort area where the pool is was perfect for all of us and we spent the hot days there. While the pool restaurant was not open all week it was open for the long weekend and served up great drinks and great food. There is a small supermarket located within a couple of miles and if you choose you can go into Cedar Park for even more choices. Just a fifteen minute drive away. As I mentioned we brought our dog and there is an enclosed gated area for her so we did not have to worry about letting her out. Austin is about a half hour drive away and we took advantage of some of the night life and sightseeing but it was definitely nice to come home to this relaxing place. We would definitely recommend this home at the Hollows and are hoping a return visit is in the future for all of us.
