Outstanding Condo, Outstanding Hospitality - A Must Stay in Austin

5 of 5
I stayed in the Sweet Little Suite in September while in town for a conference. I was really impressed with the communication from the get go and I was honestly blown away by the little things the Emily did to make the place feel like your home away from home in Austin. EVERYTHING. My husband and I have a vacation property and we learned a lot from how Emily works and handles her property. It was truly exceptional. I love the SoCo location. If you want to get a great sampling of dining and shopping, I'd highly recommend staying here. You can ride the Townie bike up to the main part of SoCo or walk if the weather is not too hot. You can often catch a pedi-cab around town, too. The condo was super cozy, well stocked with everything imaginable and one of the best things about it was the book that Emily provided with information on anything and everything Austin. I was not at a loss for things to do while I was there. It's accessible to downtown Austin if you don't mind a bit of a walk or a bike ride. The porch swing on the balcony was wonderful to sit on and work on my laptop. I even used the pool which was delightful. I enjoyed walking the trail which runs along Ladybird Lake and is accessible right outside the condo. I just can't find anything not to love about this spot and about Emily. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home - checking in with me to make sure I had everything I needed while I was staying. I would highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay there again when we visit Austin.

Classy, clean and convenient!!

4 of 5
We loved this property! The view of and the proximity to the Colorado River was lovely. The pathway along the river was a star attraction for us even on the couple of chilly (34 degrees) days we had during our stay. The complex is very quiet for the most part and very convenient to all of the downtown area attractions and the airport. We loved the pride of ownership decor. The owners have thought of everything in the way of supplies and amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the mattresses which were too firm for our liking (3 50-something adults). Younger bodies might do just fine! Still, it wouldn't keep us from booking the condo again for a future stay. Great stay!

Amazing lake house on Lake Travis!

5 of 5
I stayed here recently when some friends decided to have a reunion weekend and get together. We picked Lake Travis as our centrally located destination and when we came across this listing, we knew it'd be a winner. It definitely didn't let us down. This house has basically everything you need. Just show up with yourselves and some food and you're pretty much set. We loved the 75" TV and the open floor design of the kitchen and main living room. Between the cleanliness of the house, the amazing lake-front setting and all the amenities this house has to offer (i.e. pool table, ping-pong, foosball table, huge deck) we barely had any incentive to leave the house. We've already begun discussing coming back here in the summer so we can truly enjoy everything the lake has to offer. We didn't bring kids this time, but it's definitely a family kind of place. Several bedrooms upstairs and a bunk room with several bunk beds down stairs. The kitchen bar and huge dining table insure everyone will have a place to sit during meal time. I'd recommend this house to everyone I know who is looking for a great place to stay on Lake Travis.
